Start your morning off with this delicious blend of ingredients! I love these pancakes because they remind me of my grandmother’s awesome banana bread, which takes me forever to make. This recipe is easy as you can throw it all together in the blender then pour it directly onto the griddle. Let me know what you all think!
Combine and blend:
2 Ripe Bananas
1/2 Cup Oat or Almond Milk
1 Cup Oats
1/4 Cup Oat or Wheat Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pie spice or cinnamon
Grease pan with your desired oil, I used coconut and it worked great.
Cook at medium/high heat until bubbles form then flip.
Serve with berries and syrup or eat plain! Yum 😋
