There are three main components to my smoothie: fruits, liquid, plant protein, seeds
Here’s my favorite recipe:
2 frozen bananas
6 fresh strawberries
A handful of grapes
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup cranberry juice
2 TBS flax seed
2 TBS chia seed
1 scoop plant protein
Blend that goodness up!!
