My best morning smoothie recipe

Dec 11, 2020 | Recipes

Having a smoothie for breakfast is a great way to get in touch with the body in the first waking hours. It’s a great mindfulness practice to work into your morning routine.

I love my nutri-bullet for its power and quick clean up, buy through this link and it will help support the page!

Plant protein I recommend

There are three main components to my smoothie: fruits, liquid, plant protein, seeds

Here’s my favorite recipe:

2 frozen bananas
6 fresh strawberries
A handful of grapes
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup cranberry juice
2 TBS flax seed
2 TBS chia seed
1 scoop plant protein

Blend that goodness up!!

Enjoy this fresh recipe tomorrow morning, let me know your favorite smoothies and how you like mine if you give it a go. Check out my frozen bananas article here!!
